Casanova di Bricciano

A passion inherited and cultivated over the years, with various, highly influential "masters", starting with his father Marco, who has been in the world of wine for more than forty years, an oenologist in a famous Chianti Classico cellar. The Casanova di Bricciano company is both old and new at the same time: in the 1950s the brothers Pietro and Gino Rossi (the grandfather and uncle of the three brothers) bought an estate above Gaiole in Chianti. A few decades later, Andrea Rossi graduated as an agricultural expert (with specialization in viticulture and enology) followed a few years later by Fabio and they decided to give a new face to the family business.

A new cellar is built (in order to make wine and "close" the production cycle, from the vineyard to the bottle). The vineyards are expanded (they have grown from four hectares to the current seven) and largely renovated. The common thread with the past is passion, and the choice to continue as a family business. The management is in fact the responsibility of Andrea and Fabio. The youngest of the three brothers has also recently entered; Philip. The supervision and precious help of his father Marco is very important and fundamental. All stages of production are therefore carried out independently, starting from the agronomic part of the countryside up to the oenological management of the cellar. A new Family Winery, which will certainly continue to evolve over the next few years, with important news on the horizon ....
