We were founded in 1993 as a family-run artisanal company, specializing in the manual selection of dried Porcini Mushrooms on behalf of other companies in the sector. This is how the line “Nature and Tradition” was born, a perfect synthesis between the respect of the products that nature offers us and the desire to bring back on the tables flavors “of yesteryear”. The meticulous attention in all phases of processing combined with the quality of the raw materials, have allowed us to increase our offer over the years, as well as to carry out brand work, for third parties or upon specific request of potential customers.
Despite the recognitions received (even on foreign markets) we are always looking for new stimuli and new ideas, participating in national and international sector events. Thanks to the skills gained, in 1996 we started the production of packages of Dried Porcini branded “Hermes Funghi”. The positive feedback pushes us to expand our range, with articles that are always and strictly natural and artisanal. In 2018, the year of our 25th anniversary, we presented our new company brand, with which we reinforce the cornerstones of our vision: territoriality and naturalness. We have recently inaugurated the new laboratories that will allow us to increase the service offered to customers, always respecting our artisan identity.
